Odds Farm (32 images)
Year 2 had a wonderful time visiting Odds Farm today! We fed kid goats, watching cow milking, fed the sheep and had a chance to play in the adventure playground, all whilst enjoying the fresh air of the open countryside.

African Mask Making and Dance (13 images)
Year 2 had a brilliant time decorating African albasia wooden masks and using them to perform a modern and a traditional African dance!

The Great Fire of London (8 images)
Year 2 immersed themselves in 1666 in their Great Fire of London workshop, stamping leather, writing in ink, making clay buttons and helping to put out the Great Fire using rods and leather buckets of water!

Book Club (15 images)
In Year 2 we love books - reading, sharing and comparing them. Every 2 weeks we run Book Club for the whole class, where we can discuss our favourite books, explain why we like them and find links between them!

Clip 'N' Climb (16 images)
In the Autumn term, Year 2 had a fantastic time at Clip 'N' Climb, risk-taking and working collaboartively to climb different walls. In line with our healthy eating topic, Year 2 also monitored the effect that climbing had on their bodies. They all agreed that it made them VERY hungry and their muscles ache the following day!
